Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made in Nemixar, including COINS, virtual currency, in-game digital items, cosmetic items, and other in-app purchases processed through our third-party payment provider, PayPal.

Epic Games payment platform is not used for these transactions.

Purchases of COINS, virtual currency, consumable digital items, redeemed items, used items, and in-game digital content are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Unused virtual currency or unused in-app purchases may be reviewed for refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be considered if:

• the purchase was not delivered due to a technical issue;
• the transaction was duplicated by mistake;
• the purchase remains unused and unredeemed;
• a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

The following purchases are generally not refundable:

• COINS or virtual currency that have been spent;
• items that have been used, consumed, redeemed, transferred, traded, or equipped;
• digital items already delivered and used in the player account;
• purchases connected to accounts suspended or banned for violations of our Terms of Service.

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, NFT or blockchain-based items that have been minted, transferred, traded, or withdrawn to an external wallet are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

• your Nemixar account email or user ID;
• the PayPal transaction ID;
• the purchase date;
• the item or amount purchased;
• a short explanation of the issue.

We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, where possible.

Approved refunds may require the removal of the refunded COINS, virtual currency, items, or benefits from the player account.

Processing times may vary depending on PayPal, banks, card issuers, or other payment providers.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
